Formed in 1996, the Women’s Franchise Network (WFN) is dedicated to inspiring and encouraging women in franchising by creating a network of business professionals dedicated to strengthening the success of women in franchising. The WFN has created a number of programs and resources in order to achieve this goal, ranging from “how to” guides and conferences to local networking chapters.
MISSION: The mission of the Women’s Franchise Network is to promote women’s participation in franchising by providing international networking opportunities for the exchange of ideas, resources, and experiences.
VISION: The Women’s Franchise Network is committed to providing resources for women seeking career growth opportunities in franchising.
2017 WFN SCHEDULE
Come join our group of successful, like-minded women!
Our events are a great way to make lasting connections with other women involved in franchising. Our events promote collaboration, relevant education, shared knowledge and best practices, and networking in a master mind setting. Plus, since all WFN chapters are affiliated with the International Franchise Association, you will receive 50 CFE credits for your attendance at all of our events.
Our monthly luncheons will always have two educational presentations with networking in between. Our quarterly events will feature a different panel of experts based on the educational topic of discussion and networking before and after.

WFN is teaming up with Dress for Success to help disadvantaged women by providing professional attire. If you have jewelry, purses, or other items in your closet that you’re not in love with anymore, please bring them with you to the upcoming WFN Breakfast meeting. As one of the Founders of Payroll Vault Franchising, Malvina helped set the company’s strategic direction. Her primary focus was overseeing and supporting their nationwide network of franchise offices through the development of tools, systematic sales processes, and business strategies to help them successfully grow their businesses and the Payroll Vault brand. As a WFN Denver Chair this year, she will be setting our organization’s tone through effective leadership and collaboration, inviting successful partnerships for all of our current and future members.

Ginger is the reason that the WFN Denver Chapter is the largest local networking group in the nation! She was an integral part of getting our chapter up and running again several years ago after the original group petered out, serving as Chair for a few years, stepping back to allow others to lead. Now, we are excited to have her back as Co-Chair! As the co-founder of WebPunch, a full-service online reputation company, Ginger specializes in making companies in franchising shine and knocking out their competition. Ginger brings her years of expertise to the table and is an integral part of our brand and our group past, present, and future.

As the Manager of Training and Development at Delta Development Group, Inc., Ragan oversees the job management software for the corporate office, corporate store, and franchise locations and is responsible for new franchisee training program as well as on-going support and training. Ragan is also a member of the International Franchise Association (IFA) and has participated in their mentor-ship program. She has also attended numerous IFA events and understands the benefits of membership for franchisors, franchisees, and vendors.

Janine has nine years experience in the franchisor realm and was the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for AvenueWest Global Franchise through June 2017 and now owns her own marketing and event planning company, Mad Hatter Marketing & Event Planning LLC. At AWGF, she was responsible for the development and retention of the brand and managed the national marketing including social media, email marketing, blogs, website content, SEO, etc. By utilizing her brand and marketing expertise, and in collaboration with the rest of the board, Janine will drive more engagement for all current and future members and will create a new brand for the WFN – Denver Chapter.
